This should be an easy project to do the day before the wedding, since we will only need to make 4 bouquets. I'm thinking that we could prepare the bouquets the night, get them cut, but keep them in water until the morning of the wedding, and then do the ribbons that morning.

Test Bouquet
I did my test bouquet today - yay for government holidays! I started with a bouquet from Trader Joes, stripped the stems, wrapped the stems together with floral tape, and then with ribbon. I think for the real thing I will want a lot more flowers, and obviously they won't be pink, but overall I'm happy with how they turned out. I'll probably use about 1 1/2 times as many flowers for the bridesmaids' bouquets and twice as many for mine. Total time? About 10 minutes.
